
THESIS
The brief for the thesis was to find an opportunity in the Indian market on topics related to environmental issues. The project was to understand the market and its consumer’s behavior towards urban farming.
With the industry analysis and market availability, the need for building an organized market was essential. The intention was to serve the people of the urban cities of India, which would help them to build a community service and bring those members closer for a bigger deed in society’s offering.
Since most of the market was driven by unorganized players, ‘CuriousPOT’ was viable as it was first option in the market.
The project was started with a research in India amongst defined consumer category in order to understand their behavior and intention towards farming. With the help of research, persona was identified. Further in the project tools like business model canvas, service blueprint, storyboard, stakeholders’ motivation matrix and WBS method has been used to define the project’s objective and support products business plan.
